            Delegate Robinson moves to amend the title of the bill, to read as follows:

            H. B. 4790 -- “A Bill to amend and reenact §18-2-7d of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, and to amend said code by adding thereto a new section, designated §15-2C-2a; and to amend and reenact §15-2C-3, §15-2C-4 and §15-2C-8 of said code; all relating to career education for middle school students; broadening workforce preparedness information to be communicated to students to include the knowledge, skills and characteristics needed for success in occupations and entrepreneurship; integration with career exploration beginning in middle school grades; and requiring county boards to provide elective Career Technical Education courses for middle school students; establishing a technical education program; providing for qualification for instructors; requiring state funded partners to assist middle schools;  providing curriculum for identifying career related training and skills; and providing for a personal graduation plan.”
